Renewing Your SENTRI Membership
SENTRI Membership is valid for 5 years providing that the conditions of membership are not breached in any way. Your membership expires on your birthday; you can renew your SENTRI membership up to 3 months before it expires and it will be extended for another 5 years from your next birthday. If you apply after your membership expiry date you will have to reapply as a first time SENTRI applicant and attend a compulsory interview. If your personal details have not changed during the last 5 years of SENTRI membership and you renew your SENTRI pass membership before your card expires you will not be required to attend an interview. If your data has changed in any way e.g. you have a new passport or a new address you may be called to interview at an enrollment center of your choice.

SENTRI is open to the following citizens regardless of age (although applicants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian):
- Mexican nationals and permanent residents
- United States nationals and permanent residents
Program Description
SENTRI is a Trusted Traveler program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in Mexico. Each membership card is valid for 5 years.
You may cross the border on foot using your SENTRI pass but if you travel in a vehicle it must be registered onto the program. This can be done when you fill out your application form, or when you attend your interview or by visiting an enrollment center at a later date. You must take all of your car related documents with you as well as taking the vehicle for inspection.
Members may be selected for further examination when entering Mexico or the United States. Any violation of the program's terms and conditions will result in appropriate enforcement action and revocation of the traveler's membership privileges.
How to Apply
Expedite Q Services specializes in the checking and processing of SENTRI applications. We are a private company and are not related to any government agency. We cannot affect the outcome of your SENTRI membership.
Step 1. Each applicant must pay the Expedite Q Services fee which is payabe after the appliction is submitted.
Step 2. You will be contacted by your assigned agent within 24hrs of your application being assigned (you will receive an email when this happens)
Step 3. Wait for the outcome of security and background checks
Step 4. Once Conditionally Approved schedule and attend an interview, if required at a US enrollment center of your choice.

To join the SENTRI Program applicants must pay the following fees:

Your SENTRI membership is valid for five years from the date you receive your SENTRI membership card.
