We specialize in processing and submitting applications for government issued visas and travel programs. Your Privacy

All representatives are prepared in Expedite Q Services's security approach and are focused on protecting your personal information.

The number one priority is respecting your privacy. Staff members are not allowed under any circumstances to communicate with clients regarding anything other than a visitor question, service payment fees or to chase up missing information.  We do not operate as a call centre and pride ourselves on protecting all of our client’s personal information.

Data Collection

All data gathered from this site and from application structures submitted to Expedite Q Services is viewed as private. Your data can only be accessed by authorised staff and will not be passed on to any third parties. However we may use your email address to send you information about relevant services but only at your request. You have the option of providing (personal) data within the framework of the sale of products, services, questionnaires and competitions. This data provided by you, including your name and e-mail address, this is then processed and we are able to provide you with customised information on the services and products available.  You can ask us to remove your data from our database at any time. 

Note: We do not use cookies on this site to collect data about our visitors - The webserver automatically collects so-called IP-addresses. Your IP-address is a number with which computers on the network can identify your computer, so that data (such as Internet pages) can be sent to your computer. It is not possible to identify someone personally via the IP-address.

Application Forms

Expedite Q Services application forms only contain data required by the government to process a visa or check eligibility for a trusted traveller program.

The application forms submitted via this website are kept for a maximum of 60 days by clients who have paid our PayPal service fee. This is to ensure that there are no PayPal disputes by the applicant against Expedite Q Services. If necessary the application may be uploaded to PayPal to prove the applicants consent to Expedite Q Services’s services. 

Application forms submitted via this website by clients who do not pay our PayPal service fee are kept for 14 days in the anticipation that the applicant will make a PayPal payment. After this time the application will be destroyed.

If applications from clients are cancelled with Expedite Q Services before Expedite Q Services are able to carry out the service are destroyed immediately 

Note: We never print out paper copies of any application form

Child Applicants

We only accept applications from children under the age of 18 if authorised by parents or legal guardians. Each application form has a section for parental consent and parents or legal guardians are kept in constant contact via email about all communication from Expedite Q Services relating to a child applicant. 

Credit Card Protection

Expedite Q Services work with the regulations set by the PCI Security Standards Council. The credit card information is utilized singularly for the reason depicted on the application form. WE only accept credit card details from applicants collected using our on-line SSL secure form.

Application forms are kept in a secure database for 60 days once Expedite Q Services has carried out all contracted services. Expedite Q Services regularly audits its security and processing policies to ensure maximum security for your personal data. All staff members are intensely observed while working with an applicant’s credit card data. 

Note: We do not allow staff to write down or store credit card numbers.

Data Security

Your data can only be accessed by authorised staff. We ensure that all data sent to Expedite Q Services is protected and secure from any unauthorized access. We utilize suitable physical, electronic and administration strategies to shield and secure the data we gather on the web. Such strategies incorporate the most recent in encryption engineering and firewall protection. 

PayPal

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.  We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to maintain the security and confidentiality of any and all PayPal data and information, including data and information about PayPal users and PayPal.

Compliance with Data Protection Laws.  With regard to any personal data processed by PayPal and the merchant in connection with this Agreement, PayPal and the merchant will respectively each be a controller in respect of such processing. PayPal and the merchant agree to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Laws applicable to controllers in respect of the provision of their respective services and otherwise in connection with this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, PayPal and the merchant each have their own, independently determined privacy policies, notices and procedures for the personal data they hold and are each a data controller (and not joint data controllers). In complying with the Data Protection Laws, PayPal and the merchant shall, without limitation:

• implement and maintain at all times all appropriate security measures in relation to the processing of personal data;
• maintain a record of all processing activities carried out under this Agreement; and
• not knowingly do anything or permit anything to be done which might lead to a breach by the other party of the Data Protection Laws.

This privacy statement is tailored to the current information available on this site. Modifications and changes to this site could lead to adjustments in this privacy statement. We therefore recommend that you regularly check this privacy statement.
