Program Eligibility

Global Entry is open to the following citizens regardless of age (although applicants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian):

Updating VISA InformationGlobal Entry members who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents must maintain updated visa information with CBP. If a Global Entry member obtains a new visa, or obtains a new petition for a work visa, the member must notify CBP in-person at a Global Entry enrollment center. A member must visit an enrollment center to have CBP add visas and/or update visa information. If the visa information is incomplete or not properly updated with CBP, the Global Entry kiosk may incorrectly calculate the member’s Class of admission and admission date. A member must visit an enrollment center in-person to add or update visa information.

How to Apply

Expedite Q Services specializes in the checking and processing of Global Entry applications. We are a private company and are not related to any government agency. We cannot affect the outcome of your Global Entry membership.

Step 1. Each applicant must pay the Expedite Q Services fee which is payabe after the appliction is submitted.

Program Description

Global Entry is a Trusted Traveler program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Each membership card is valid for 5 years. Applicants must be in possession of either a machine-readable passport or U.S. permanent resident card. At airports, program participants proceed to Global Entry kiosks, present their machine-readable passport or U.S. permanent resident card, place their fingertips on the scanner for fingerprint verification, and make a customs declaration. The kiosk issues the traveler a transaction receipt and directs the traveler to baggage claim and the exit. Members may be selected for further examination when entering the United States. Any violation of the program's terms and conditions will result in appropriate enforcement action and revocation of the traveler's membership privileges.

Fast Track Access

Global Entry kiosks are available at all major airports across the US. Members can also use the NEXUS lanes to fast track in Canada and the TSA Precheck lanes on departure. TSA Precheck lanes enable passengers to fast track security checks. Global Entry members must give their membership number (Known Traveler Number KTN) when booking tickets in order to qualify for TSA Precheck.
